About

My name is Lebeney…

I am a health and performance enhancement coach and I’ve dedicated my life to sharing the transformative power of fitness with other driven women in the professional world. When I was 11 my family moved from Regina to Ontario, which for any kid, is a tough transition. This is when I discovered fitness.

 

I wanted to enter high school feeling confident. That summer I lost 20lbs, and discovered how fitness, discipline, and commitment could not only change me physically but empower me mentally.

 

To this day not much about my relentless drive has changed. I am a mother to a young toddler. Finding time for myself can be hard, but if I’m going to be the best mother for my son I know I need to take care of myself. For me, fitness has been a critical part of my self-care, it challenges me, requires constant improvement, and gives me the confidence to take on all the day's challenges. This is why I share this passion with so many strong and inspiring women, and one day what I’ll share with my son.

Background

I have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and Certifications in Nutrition, Strength, Weight Loss, Mobility, and Pain Management. I’ve spent over a decade in the fitness industry helping women take control of their health and fitness. A promise I give to all my clients is to bring positive energy, passion, and enthusiasm to every session. To make the experience as fun and engaging as exercising past the point you thought you could can be.

 

My purpose is to offer you guidance and knowledge that will help you achieve your goals, no matter what they may be. I want to provide you with all the necessary tools that you need to lead a healthy life, and to help you find inspiration in the journey towards a healthier you. So, let's get started.
